Caitlin has over 20 years’ experience as an equine chiropractor, working with horses across all levels and disciplines. Her work ranges from retired and hacking horses, through to those competing at local level, and on to professional horses in racing, eventing, dressage, and show jumping. She works closely with riders and owners to support both performance and long-term wellbeing, always tailoring treatment to the demands of the horse’s individual role.
With a background as a rider and experience training and working on professional yards, Caitlin brings a practical understanding of the physical demands placed on the horse. This informs her bespoke treatment, training, and rehabilitation programmes, which evolve alongside the horse’s workload, competition schedule, and long-term goals. Her approach integrates chiropractic and physiotherapy principles to support soundness, comfort, and sustainable performance.
Caitlin now offers Advanced INDIBA (CRET) therapy for horses, combining over two decades of clinical experience in chiropractic and physiotherapy with functional, movement-based treatment. She is currently the only INDIBA Trainer in the UK specialising in advanced equine INDIBA applications. These advanced sessions go beyond passive treatment, incorporating targeted functional work to support tissue healing, reduce pain and inflammation, and improve movement quality.
INDIBA therapy is used extensively within Caitlin’s practice to support tendon and ligament rehabilitation, joint pain, post-injury recovery, and chronic or complex cases. By integrating advanced electrotherapy with hands-on treatment and discipline-specific rehabilitation, Caitlin delivers structured, evidence-informed care designed to optimise recovery, reduce re-injury risk, and support long-term soundness.
